Aberg Media is a world-class creative agency with extensive expertise in crafting transformative experiences for premium brands. They frequently work with organizations such as Volvo and Spotify to design immersive campaigns, visual identities, and digital experiences that connect global audiences with modern Scandinavian design values. Their work sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and technology helping ambitious brands tell powerful stories that drive both emotional engagement and measurable business impact.
When Jonas reached out to us, Aberg Media was looking to develop more predictability and control over their business growth. While traditionally reliant on their network and referrals, this frequently led to feast and famine cycles and affected the capacity of the agency to grow. Jonas was initially interested in understanding how he could leverage outreach to sign new clients himself for the agency, and then how the whole thing could be turned into a system for them.
We collaborated with Jonas and Aberg Media to help them gain control over their new business pipeline. The project combined strategic consulting, hands-on coaching, and the partial implementation of our outbound outreach system, giving Jonas both the clarity and the tools to start signing new clients directly through LinkedIn.
We began the engagement with a deep consulting phase aimed at designing a predictable, founder-led outreach model for Aberg Media. Our goal was to help Jonas understand how to build and run his own client acquisition system from scratch.

Clarified ideal client profiles based on Aberg Media’s existing network, expertise, and positioning in the premium creative market.
Defined strategic outreach angles that would resonate with high-end decision-makers in sectors such as automotive, lifestyle, and entertainment.
Trained Jonas in our LinkedIn Playbook — including daily routines, engagement tactics, DM frameworks, and a posting cadence to build visibility and warm inbound interest over time.
Created personalized outreach scripts that balanced credibility with approachability, enabling Jonas to start conversations with senior brand and marketing leaders without sounding “salesy.”
Once the playbook and messaging were in place, we moved into partial execution to give Aberg Media a running start. Over a two-week sprint, our team:
Built and cleaned prospecting lists of high-value companies aligned with Aberg’s creative capabilities and project budgets.
Designed LinkedIn outreach sequences focused on relationship-driven openers and non-sales conversational angles.
Began sending outreach on Jonas’s behalf to validate the messaging and generate early traction.
All data and campaign assets were transferred to Jonas for continued use, forming the foundation for an in-house system he could scale independently.
In parallel, we provided ongoing coaching to ensure Jonas could confidently manage and convert outreach opportunities.

Review and refine live conversation threads, adjusting tone and pacing to improve reply-to-meeting conversion.
Develop a simple objection-handling and follow-up framework to move interested prospects into booked calls.
Create a clear daily workflow for prospecting, messaging, and pipeline tracking so that Jonas could get the most out of the leads.
By the end of the month, Jonas had a complete outbound system ready to run including messaging assets, prospecting lists, and the confidence to handle sales conversations himself setting Aberg Media on a path toward predictable client acquisition and steady, scalable growth.
The collaboration with Aberg Media generated exceptional results. Across a total of 1,273 prospects contacted, we started 102 conversations, booked 12 qualified meetings, and Jonas successfully closed a €90,000 contract . This was a remarkable outcome for a short hybrid engagement that combined consulting, coaching, and partial outreach execution.
The results validated the power of combining expert-led prospecting with hands-on founder involvement. Jonas began by implementing the outreach playbook we built together and ran the first two weeks of outreach himself. We then took over for the final two weeks, refining targeting, messaging, and conversation handling in real-time. The outcome was a strong, repeatable system one that produced a major deal and laid the foundation for future scalability.
