Outreach Infrastructure

When it comes to outreach infrastructure we’ll cover the domain providers, mailbox providers, and sending infrastructure that help us maximise volume and deliverability so your messages get seen.

We use Namecheap to source affordable domains for for cold email outreach. We select domain extensions in order to maximise deliverability.

An alternative source for domains and Cloudflare API is still the best tool for managing DNS settings and forwarding for domains.

A reliable partner for purchasing aged domains and setting up Google / Microsoft 365 accounts for cold email outreach. They are often a go-to choice.

Our go-to partner for setting up Microsoft Entra mailboxes for enterprise-grade deliverability. Useful when reaching out enterprise accounts.

Our go-to warmup tool and sequencer for scheduling cold email outreach. Excellent deliverability and highly available support staff.

LinkedIn sequencer with API access that helps us schedule LinkedIn sequences and provide a LinkedIn CRM for clients and appointment setters.

Alternative LinkedIn sequencer that can often do larger volume and combine LinkedIn with email for multichannel outreach.

Great tool for combining LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and call outreach at scale. It stands out for its ability to manage the entire sales process.

Lead Research

Clay helps us automate the lead research process across the board. It links to many of the other lead research tools and processes their results.

Sales Navigator remains the best and most up-to-date B2B database. Even when doing email outreach, it’s often the first go-to source for leads.

Built largely on top of Sales Navigator data it enables sourcing email data at scale. Its data isn’t always up to date or relevant, so it needs heavy filtering.

With over 300M leads in its database, it’s one of the most extensive sources for B2B leads. It’s pricier, but the data you get goes a lot deeper.

Our go-to enrichment tool for finding phone + email from LinkedIn Sales Navigator data. It integrates directly which makes the process smooth.

When we want full data coverage for email and phone enrichment, we default to FullEnrich due to its waterfall verification capabilities.

Our go-to database for startup intelligence including funding status, latest funding rounds, investors, growth signals, and company milestones.

A fast tool to retrieve email addresses when we know the person’s name and company. We often use it in combination with Sales Navigator.

A data extraction tool used to scrape information from websites, databases and Google maps. We use Apify to collect lead and company data.

With 65M leads D7 is a great choice when we need to source brick & mortar or local service businesses that cannot be found via B2B platforms.

Discolike helps you identify similar companies based on their domain and keywords. Useful to identify competitors and leads similar to your clients.

This is our favorite tool for retrieving the results of Google search pages. Useful in more complex scraping scenarios to find targeted data.

For high volume lead data on local businesses,  OpenMart is the best. It gives us access to contact details for 200M+ local businesses.

This is what we default to when looking for eCommerce data. With over 13M+ active stores, it’s the most extensive ecommerce database.

The best tool for enriching data about technologies that are being used. Very useful to determine likelihood that the prospect is a good lead.

An AI-powered search engine used to retrieve structured information from the web. We use Exa to research companies and gather contextual data.

Excellent tool for website visitor identification. We use it extensively for inbound-led automations as the starting trigger.

This tool helps us get access to leads based on signals on social media. For example, them liking a post from a competitor on LinkedIn.

Helps us track buying signals and alerts you when new leads are warm across different channels including your website, socials and the dark web.

Our go-to tool when it comes to verifying email addresses to make sure they are valid and emails won’t bounce. A lifesaver.

Messaging

Below we’ll cover the tools that help us with personalization and optimization to create messages that feel highly relevant, non-automated and get you positive replies. 

There was no tool to analyze spam risk, eliminate AI-speak and maximise inbox deliverability, so we built our own. Click to access it for free.

This is how we control for readability. It’s been proven that having a grade 6 or lower reading level gets more people to read your messages and reply.

The most versatile LLM with extensive capabilities, it is our usual default choice for research and data processing when trying to balance costs.

Anthropic is our go-to choice for creating personalization because it writes in a way that bears closer resemblance to humans. 

It’s an LLM interface which gives you access to all AI models at prices that are just 5.5% more expensive than the official providers, but without rate limits.

For more complex personalization we default to Twain to generate highly contextual first lines based on prospect and company research.

Automation

In this final section we’ll cover the tools that bring everything to life, enabling us to do 1,000x the volume a human could without any errors. We are able to automate any business process, not just sales.

Our automation infrastructure is built on top of n8n. It is the brain for absolutely everything that we do. We support them because they are open-source.

Clay allows us to structure lead data, run enrichment waterfalls, and generate insights that feed downstream automation in n8n.

For clients we integrate data across their sales & marketing ecosystem through HubSpot. We can also train clients on using it more efficiently.

If Salesforce is the client’s CRM of choice, then we can integrate outbound and inbound data with it to ensure consistency across all deal lifecycle stages.
