Your aim is to maintain the existing client relationship and communication between the client and the rest of the team. You’ll be expected to supervise outreach campaigns, create reporting, and bring in the required team members to deliver results for clients. Lead Researcher

Your aim is to identify accounts and decision-makers that fit the ideal client profiles of the customers you manage. You’ll be expected to be familiar with lead research tools such as Sales Navigator and extracting data from online databases such as Apollo and validating it for ICP fit. To perform well in this role you must be detail oriented, disciplined and extremely patient.

Your aim is to verify lists of prospects at scale for ideal client profile fit and create workflows that enrich the additional data needed to craft relevant and personalized messages before pushing it to campaigns. You’ll be expected to be familiar with tools such as Clay and Claude that allow you to orchestrate the necessary workflows. To perform well in this role you must be technically-minded, detail oriented, and disciplined.

Outbound Strategist

You’ll be designing outbound campaigns and advising clients with regards to their ideal client profile, outreach offers and messaging. You are expected to be a master of outbound, buyer psychology and copywriting to be able to design effective campaigns that deliver consistent results. To perform well you need to be highly creative, and capable to design ICP-offer fit and deploy effective messaging that stands out.

Deliverability Expert

You’ll be responsible for setting up the correct outreach infrastructure, warming it up, and ensuring that emails land in the Inbox. You’ll be expected to know different solutions that maximise deliverability and be able to diagnose when deliverability is an issue and deploy strategies to fix it. To succeed in this role, you must be technically proficient, understand the ever-changing landscape of outreach, know the tools that can help you and be familiar with analytics to diagnose issues.
